Who we are
noworkshops is not your average company. Neither are the people we work with.
We are a network of experienced Design Thinking coaches driving change at large corporations. All of us thrive on solving big challenges, but as a cross-functional team our skills go beyond Design Thinking. Some of us create experiences as Designers (UX, CX, IxD, VD), build products as Developers and Makers, some create Business Models and run Lean StartUps, yet others dabble in Circular Economy and Effectuation. This diverse set of backgrounds allows us to tackle every engagement with the required experience and skill set.

About the Founder
Hello! My Name is Tim
I have been creating digital products for over 15 years in various roles, from design to software development. At my startup job at noworkshops, I run the Remote Sprint trainings. At my corporate job at Deutsche Telekom AG, I consult with teams, units and leaders on all topics New Work, as part of Telekom’s New Work Academy Team.
